Leslie Morland, Psy.D.

Leslie MorlandDr. Leslie Morland is a researcher with the National Center for PTSD, Pacific Islands Division, VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, Department of Veterans Affairs in Honolulu.  She is active in PTSD and telemental health research.  Dr. Morland is a Principal Investigator at PHREI for projects funded by the Department of Defense.  Dr. Morland’s research interests include PTSD assessment and treatment, utilizing telemental health approaches to overcome geographical barriers to care, and determining appropriate research methodologies for use in PTSD and traumatic brain injury research.

Dr. Morland received her doctorate in psychology from Pepperdine University.  She is a clinical psychologist/health research scientist and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.
