Dr. He is a Senior Biostatistician at PHREI.  Dr. He received his Ph.D. in Statistics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and his Master’s in Probability Theory from Changsha Railway University, Hunan, China.
